GEORGIA ROSE – Look at me!

Look at me. No really look at me. It might be the only way to help.

Today I sit before you with no story to share. I have little information to provide you with.

On June 25, 1993, my skeletal remains were found on the construction site at Shufflegrit Rd., Marietta, Georgia. The authorities estimate that I was thirty one to thirty six years old, that I stood 5’3 to 5’6 inches tall and weighed 100 to 120 lbs. When I was found I was wearing a white halter top, sleeveless tan jacket and a light weight elastic waistband slacks. For those of you who know jewelry or might recognize the jewelry of your missing loved one I was wearing a twenty four inch long strand of white beads with imprinted blue flowers separated by gold colored metal beads. I also had on multi colored bead earrings.

What you read above is all there is. It’s a sad state of affairs when the information provided is so limited that you are not sure what to do or where to go. Hence, becoming an unidentified woman and remaining such for the last seventeen years.

So when I tell you to look at me, really look at me, I mean it. I need you to see if I resemble anyone you might know. If my jewelry sounds like jewelry your loved one might have worn. This is the only way I’m going to get home. My family needs to know what happened to me. They deserve to know what happened to me. I want them to know what happened to me. I want to be able to rest in final peace knowing that right has been done by me. Help me find my identity and my family.

Please look at me!
